Today I am groggy and I'm not sure why. I did the meditations, workouts, etc. I've been doing and it's helped for a few moments but then the grogginess (is that a word?) comes back. I have to teach a voice lesson now and I just want to crawl in bed and sleep, ugh! But I won't. I'll probably power nap for about 20 minutes afterwards though. I find that naps without a timer are a lie! I mean... every time I've napped infinitely I wake up feeling more tired, is that even possible? Power naps help though, so let's do that.
